Tammy has been employed at St. Francis since December 2005. She has worked professionally side by side with Veterinarians and other medical professionals since 2001. Her knowledge base extends outside of what most practices offer, including Horses, Rodents, Reptiles, Avians, Ovine/Bovine. These having been part of her life for so long allows her to expand her medical knowledge and be able to better serve our clients with medical needs and questions. She is currently a member of D.A.R.T. (Disaster Animal Response Team) and enjoys the opportunity to direct and assist in disaster situations. She continues to learn and obtain certificates and credit hours in addition to attending seminars monthly to keep herself up to date on the latest technology and treatment options and ways to help recognize diseases of pets. She has five Hairless Chinese Crested named Bugsy, Fenek,  Bentley, Tawnawanna, and Fonzie and a Chameleon named Princess.

Dr.Lisa Jutras Walker 


Dr Lisa was born in Miami, Florida. She attended the University of Florida where she received both her Bachelor of Science (Zoology) and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (with Honors) degrees. Following graduation she worked in both an emergency clinic and at a private practice before opening a clinic in Sebastian in 1995. In December of 2005 Dr. Lisa opened St. Francis Animal Hospital in Vero Beach. In December 2008 she was certified in Veterinary Acupuncture by the Chi Institute of Traditional Veterinary Medicine. When she is not at the hospital, she can usually be found with her 2 children, her husband, a Terrier named Lilly , her cat Stubbs, Tommy, and her sun conure Groot.

Julia started at St. Francis in February 2018. She has been in the veterinary field since 2009. She was born and raised in Vero Beach, Florida. She likes to spend her free time out on the boat with her husband and daughter. Julia has a dog named Buckeye and also a kitty at home named Lilly. Soon to come will be a new addition to her family which is a little female Catahoula.

Casey has been employed at St. Francis since November 2022. She has worked in the field since 2006. She has experience working in day practice as well as animal shelters. She's worked with horses and exotics. She has 3 dogs named, Blu, Marilyn, and LuLu and 2 cats named, Frank and Stuart.
