According to CDC quidelines we are to follow a strict protocol to help ensure the safety of our staff, clients, and patients. Covid-19 is a highly contagious disease that is spread through the respiratory droplets when someone talks, sneezes, or coughs.

New protocols are in place effective immediately and until further notice:

When you arrive to our office you will find that all of our doors are locked.

We are asking that only one pet parent come to the office with the pet. Certain exceptions are made for those who are saying goodbye "euthanizing" their pet.

All pet parents must wear a mask or a mask will be provided for you for $2.50 "no exceptions!"

Each room is sanitized to the best of our abilities. We spray each surface down with a disinfecting spray and use a cleaning solution to mop between each appointment.

A veterinary technician will enter each appointment room and ask various questions depending upon the reason for your appointment, and then the patient will be taken into the back of the hospital to our treatment station and evaluated by the doctor. Once the pet is evaluated the doctor will come to the exam room doorway and discuss her findings with each pet parent. We are limiting our contact  with each pet parent as much as possible.

We ask that each pet parent remain in the exam room at all times unless it's a emergency.

At the end of your appointment each pet parent will be checked out in the exam room and then escorted back out of the clinic by a receptionist.

You are now able to come into the clinic to purchase your food/medication/supplemental items at the front counter. Ring the door bell when you arrive and you will be granted access through our new door system.

******We ask that you be kind and understanding during these hard times. We are working tirelessly to stay open so that we can provide you and your pets with the services they need. Due to new safety protocols appointments may run longer than usual. Please know we understand your time is important and we are doing our best to provide your pet/s with the exceptional care and services they need. This means your wait time may be longer than usual.******
